Creative Vision
Light is my language in the theatre — a silent partner to the script, a sculptor of space, mood, and time. Through color, shadow, and rhythm, I aim to amplify the emotional core of every performance and reveal the soul of the story.
Artistic Approach
Collaboration is at the heart of my process. I listen deeply to the director’s vision, the actors’ rhythms, the set and costume designs, and the pulse of the script. Lighting, to me, is a responsive art: it breathes with the performance, shifting and evolving in harmony with every moment.
Ethics
I strive to leave things better than I found them—whether it's people, productions, or organizations. I lead with kindness, knowing that kindness, humility, and generosity are strengths, not weaknesses. I believe that ethical leadership is rooted in honesty, respect, and a genuine commitment to the well-being of others and the integrity of the work we do together.
